Coloratura at its finest is no less challenging, striking or rare in the 21st century than it was in the 18th century. m^2 features two soloist coloratura sopranos singing the greatest hits of Mariah Carey in the style of Mozart, and Mozart in the style of Mariah Carey.

An audience-expansion strategy, using familiar pop repertoire as an entry point, and exposure to new arrangements of classic repertoire. Furthermore, Mariah’s songs, and melisma are on the level of the most challenging classical - we aim to demonstrate their virtuosity.
